World of Cards ("the app") is built to collect as little about you as possible. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Who I am

The app is published by me, Kyle Peterson. You can reach me any time at kdpeters@gmail.com.

What the app does not do

I do not run my own accounts or servers that store your personal information. I do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and the app contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Information handled by Apple on your behalf

• Game Center. Online multiplayer, matchmaking, and leaderboards use Apple's Game Center. Your Game Center nickname and scores are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. I never see your Apple Account credentials.
• iCloud. If iCloud is enabled on your device, your game statistics, streaks, and preferences sync across your own devices through your private iCloud storage. This data lives in your iCloud account, not on any server I control.
• Purchases. Optional purchases (such as League Plus) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I do not receive or store your payment details.

Country flag

The app lets you fly a country flag at the table. This is a preference stored on your device (and synced via your own iCloud); it is a self-chosen label, not a verified location, and I do not track your physical location.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
